App Rejected: Non-public API numberOfPhotos and index

I submitted an App using Three20 and it was rejected for using non-public APIs numberOfPhotos and index.

The reference to those words are in Three20 TTPhoto and TTPhotoSource. I found one other person having that issue on the Apple developer forum also using Three20. Has anyone experienced this rejection and is it related to Three20? Can we fix it just be renaming those variables. It seems odd, because they are just internal variables and not method calls.

I did with exactly the same methods name.

For now I didn't do anything to fix this.

I just got this too in Application Loader. It seemed like a warning though and not a rejection. The app is still under 'Waiting for Review'.

So tchak, did you mean you did nothing about it and the app still got approved?
